Use this guide as a starting point to find reliable information on fitness and physical education.

There are many tools that you can use to keep track of your fitness activities.  Keep in mind that these tools are not 100% accurate.  Still, we all have our favorites, many of which go with us on our various mobile devices!  Here are some more choices:

Training programs

Fran's pick, the website of the American Council on Exercise, includes an entire section dedicated to helping you train smart.  This section of the site, Fitness Programs, includes an awesome collection of workouts and a library of individual exercises.  Both the workouts and exercises are described in detail and have an accompanying video of an individual performing the workout/exercise.
