Academic Calendar
The academic calendar will tell you everything you need to know about deadlines, registration timetables, tuition due dates, holidays, and the beginning and end of each semester.
Advising
Academic advising at UAS Ketchikan is a process designed to help students learn successful strategies for academic, career and life success.

There are a number of important resources available to you electronically. These are resources you will use throughout your time at UAS Ketchikan, so it's critical to master them early on.

UAS Online Navigation Tutorial
A portal to everything you'll need to know about the different facets of UAS Online: Conferencing, E-Portfolio, WebMeeting, etc. You'll find it all here!
UAS Online
Your instructor will use UAS Online to provide you with course information. Each instructor decides what to include in their UAS Online class site, but some of the things you might find are the syllabus, assignments, announcements, and assignment grades. Find the link to UAS Online in the bottom center of the UAS Ketchikan web page.
UAS Ketchikan Webpages
The UAS Ketchikan web pages provide you with a lot of important information about the university, the programs and degrees offered, academic policies, campus resources, scheduled events and activities, and much more. The best way to find out what's in those pages is to explore!
UAS Ketchikan Campus Library
The web pages of the Campus Library provide you with access to books, article databases, research guides, electronic books, and access to friendly librarians. Contact the Campus Library through the Chat box on the top page of the Library's web site, or phone or email a Librarian.
Google Docs Tutorial

Your college email account is one of the primary ways the college and your instructors will communicate with you. Every student is provided with a University of Alaska Southeast email account. If you're new to UAS, check with ELMO to find out your email address and to set up or to change your password.
