Online Citation Guides

 

Properly citing sources is the key to avoiding plagiarism. Your professor will dictate the appropriate style guidelines/manual that you should use to format your paper, footnotes, and bibliography. It may be APA (American Psychological Association), MLA (Modern Language Association), Chicago/Turabian, or another style. These websites show you how to use three of these styles.
