This guide offers some places to find images with an emphasis on free to use or limited copyright restrictions.

Alaska's Digital Archives

Alaska's Digital Archives provides photographs, maps, oral histories, physical objects and more from Alaska's libraries, museums, and archives.

Use guidelines are dependent on what institution the images come from, but generally these images are open to educational uses.
