Databases for Anthropology Journals / Articles

The following article databases provide peer-reviewed and academic articles on topics relating to anthropology. Access to these databases is limited to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff at UAS. If you are accessing these materials from off campus, you will need to login with your UA username and password. If the article you need is not available full text through one of our databases, you may request it for free through interlibrary loan. Articles are usually scanned and delivered via email.

Anthropology Journals in Print Only

While Egan Library subscribes to many journals online, the journals listed below are only available in print at the library. Click on the title to go to the journal's homepage, where you can scan tables of contents and even find some open access articles. Once you find an article or issue you want, stop by the library to read it.

If you are not located in Juneau, fill out an interlibrary loan request, and we will scan and email you the article for free (for currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff).
